ANKARA - Islamic Republic of Pakistan Parliamentary Speaker Amir Huseyin and his parliament delegation will come to Turkey for an official visit as the guest of Turkish Parliamentary Speaker Bulent Arinc on Jan. 5, the Anatolia news agency reported.
The Pakistani delegation chaired by Amir Huseyin will visit Ataturk's mausoleum on Jan. 6. After talks between Bulent Arinc and Amir Huseyin, the two countries' delegations will hold talks. On the same day, the guest delegation will meet the Turkey-Pakistan Inter-parliament Friendship group and Huseyin is expected to visit the Turkish Foreign Officials Commission head Mehmet Dulger and Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Huseyin and his delegation will visit historic areas of Istanbul after being received by President Ahmet Necdet Sezer on Jan. 8. The delegation is expected to leave the country on Jan. 9.
